Miami Ad School Named “School of the Year” By The ADC
Miami Ad School is recognized as “School of the Year” by the Art Directors Club.
The great news this awards season just keeps coming in. Miami Ad School (in a tie with School of Visual Arts, New York) has been selected as School of the Year by the ADC.
Being named School of the Year reflects Miami Ad School’s ongoing 17-year commitment to academic excellence. Ever since Miami Ad School opened its doors we have attempted--and, dare we say, succeeded--to develop graduates ready to take on the challenges the industry faces. Our alumni are “instant profit centers,” ready to contribute to a firm’s bottom line from day one. Like most aspects of any business today, that target is always on the move. That’s why we at Miami Ad School, in conjunction with our Board of Directors, our Advisory Board, and our Faculty (many of them graduates themselves) have always endeavored to stay one step ahead of trends as well as changes in technology and culture. It’s the only way every class of newly-minted art directors, copywriters, designers, photographers, and planners can be ready for the conditions they will face at the specific point in time when they enter the industry. It’s how we earn the right to call ourselves The School of Pop Culture Engineering.
This is a great honor for us, and we sincerely thank the ADC for naming us School of the Year. That’s one title we can only earn by being School of the Day every time the sun rises, on the beach where all of this began.
