UPDATE: Josh Bloomberg's Teleflora Hottie Wins, Megan Fox Loses in Super Bowl Survey
What do Miami Ad School Grads Dream Of? Well, if you're Josh Bloomberg—Class of '98—You dream of Talking Flowers and Don Rickles
"Now this is our kind of Super Bowl commercial survey. Any panel that gives the top slot to a commercial in which a bitchy hottie wearing a miniskirt is the central character gets our vote. Of course, if the same survey gives the third place spot to Focus on Family, we might have to reconsider."
"Using its SocialSense listening platform, Networked Insights dubbed the Teleflora commercial the 'biggest winner' of the game. But for a survey that seems to favor hot women, it's a shocker the Motorola commercial featuring Megan Fox was the 'biggest loser.'"

If you're American (and if you have a clue), there's only one name that comes to mind when the term "insult comic" is tossed around: Don Rickles. A true living legend, Mr. Rickles remains a relevant comic voice to this day, remarkable for a man who has been a force in entertainment since the 1950s.
So it's no wonder that Josh, a legend himself in Miami Ad School circles, would dream of working with him, and of talking flowers. The latter is because he's been working on the Teleflora account for the past two years and this is his second Super Bowl spot for the brand.

Teleflora's Super Bowl 2010 Commercial; behind the scenes with Don Rickles. http://www.teleflora.com Teleflora advises customers never to send flowers in a box - you never know what they'll say. Now that they're voiced in by Mr. Warmth himself, Don Rickles, our warning has never been so true. Our sarcastic talking flowers in a box ad highlights the Teleflora difference - our florists hand deliver flowers in a vase - we never ship flowers in a box.
"Okay, now what'd you want me to do? Something about the flowers, right?"
"Yeah if you want to just--"
"Now wait, what do you mean 'if I want to'? I sit at home at night and I say, 'If only I could do more about flowers!'"
Teleflora: There is a difference. Even behind the scenes.
"Don Rickles was the king of insult comedy. If there is going to play a talking flower that insults someone, come on, Don Rickles. It's gotta be Don Rickles."
"Everybody hates your hair!"
"Do you ever bring your wife flowers? Or ever send her flowers?"
"I bring her flowers when I'm moody. So maybe she'll go out in the garden and get lost for a couple hours."
"What's the biggest mistake you think men make in relationships?"
"They fall in love, and try to fool around. It's no good when you fool around. You start to get a rash on your body, and you die."
"Obviously he likes dogs. Can he sit? Roll over? Or does he do things on your leg?... Heh, that's funny. If they let that in that's good. It made me laugh, I don't know about you guys."
"Do you think men and women are really from different planets?"
"Men and women are from different planets. They have--down below the equipment's kinda funny, and the men have giant birds and things that they can take care of."
"This is actually some sort of a dream come true, that he's doing this."
"Plus he's done Toy Story."
"And then one last. What would the talking flowers say to you?"
"Say to me? Don, your cologne is magnificent, and can we sleep under your armpit?"
Teleflora: There is a difference.

Teleflora's Super Bowl Commercial 2010 - (http://www.teleflora.com) The Talking Flowers return to prove why you don't want to send Valentines Day flowers in a box - you never know what they'll say! Voiced by Mr. Warmth himself, Don Rickles, these half-dead, nasty flowers in a box are good for a laugh but are certainly not the romantic gift you'd send your love. Remember the Teleflora difference - our florists create hand arranged bouquets that are hand-delivered - Teleflora never ships flowers in a box.
