Carlos has more than 20 years of engineering and management experience. Carlos managed various teams at Adobe including Flash Lite, Flash Mobile Authoring, and Flash Cast. He was responsible for creating and developing Adobe's entire mobile authoring strategy, now deployed across the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
Carlos has a proven track record of managing and shipping industry-standard products including: Flash Lite, Flash Authoring, Adobe Mobile Device Central, Adobe Illustrator, SVG, Adobe Pagemill, Micrografx Windows Draw, and Deneba Canvas.

Marine Leroux

Marine brings twelve years of solid design and management experience to Bamboudesign, creating unique, usable and intuitive interfaces for various platforms. She is a strong advocate of user-centered approaches, and has versatile user experience knowledge in the mobile technology, complex applications, multimedia, ecommerce and online marketing.
As International E-commerce Manager at Macromedia, Inc., Marine managed the company's worldwide e-commerce design strategy, and developed the European online stores. She conducted international user research and implemented a number of innovative features to customize the user experience to local needs, cultural and economical trends. In previous positions, she led web design initiatives in the banking and publishing business, and built e-learning products for Microsoft. Marine co-founded TTZ.com, a web globalization company based in San Francisco, before she launched Bamboudesign in France in 2004, and in San Francisco early 2008. She has since taught principles of user experience to schools and professionals at Capgemini Consulting in the United States and France
Marine has extensive experience conducting user research, user testing and writing information architectures for businesses in the U.S. and Europe. She is an active member of UPA (Usability Professionals Association), bayCHI (the Bay Area's chapter for Human-Computer Interaction), and IxDA (Interaction Design Association).
