Hamburg Grad Starts His Own Agency.

After seven years of job experience, MASE Hamburg graduate Jens Pfau is starting his own agency inside the JvM group. Pfau was recently promoted to Chief Creative Officer at Jung von Matt/Neue Elbe.

Jens was one of the first students to graduate from Miami Ad School, Hamburg and started his career at Jung von Matt/Alster after working for agencies in London, New York and Hamburg. Four years later, he moved to Jung von Matt/Elbe as Creative Director where, together with his partner Tobias Grimm, he gathered a team of around 25 decorated creatives and young talent. They helped make JvM/Elbe one of the most awarded German agencies in this year's creative festivals. With the "Konzertmilch" case for the Dortmund Concert Hall, Jens and his team became the first German agency ever to bring home a silver Titanium Lion.
